Information we use

RichTT processes account details needed to operate your workspace, your login credentials in hashed form, security and operational records, and the information you choose to supply when preparing a post. If you connect TikTok, we process the account and video information and authorization tokens provided by TikTok according to the permissions you grant.

How information is used

We use information to authenticate accounts, provide the features you request, send selected videos to TikTok when you confirm, display publishing status, protect the service and respond to requests. Your video is transferred as part of the publishing workflow you initiate. TikTok independently processes content under its own policies.

Sharing and security

We share information with TikTok when you authorize or publish, and with infrastructure providers as needed to operate the service. Access to sensitive credentials and tokens is restricted and protected using server-side security measures. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may revoke RichTT's access through TikTok account settings. Revocation may prevent connected features from working. To request access, correction or deletion of your RichTT information, contact us at [email protected].

Retention and updates

Information is retained for as long as needed to operate the service, maintain security, meet legal obligations, or process your requests. We may update this policy as the service changes and will publish the current version here.
